Terms of Use

These terms explain how you may use Cursivio, the free cursive alphabet, worksheet and text generator site at cursivio.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What you may do

  • View the charts and guides, and print or download the free practice sheets for personal, classroom or home-school use.
  • Use the cursive text generator and copy its output into your own messages, profiles, documents and designs.
  • Link to any page of the site.

What you may not do

  • Sell the charts, worksheets or site text, or republish them as your own work.
  • Copy the site wholesale, or use automated tools that load it at a rate that harms its availability.
  • Use the generator to harass, impersonate or deceive other people.

Our content

The text, layout, charts and worksheets on Cursivio are made by the Cursivio editorial team. Sample letters are set in open-licence fonts, each used under its own licence. Printing sheets for a class or a family is welcome; please keep the Cursivio name on printed copies you share.

Messages you send us

If you send a message through the contact form, you keep the rights to it. You allow us to read it and, where you ask for something to be fixed, to act on it. We handle messages as described in the privacy policy.

No affiliation

Cursivio is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any school, publisher, handwriting programme, social network or app. Names of platforms, games and brands that appear on the site belong to their owners and are used only to describe where text can be pasted.

Accuracy and display

We work to keep the guides correct, but cursive styles vary between programmes and countries, and the site is not an official curriculum. Generator output uses Unicode characters, and how they look depends on the font on the device that displays them. A character may appear as an empty box in some apps. We cannot promise that a given app or website will accept or show every style.

Limits of liability

The site is provided free and “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Cursivio is not responsible for losses that result from using the site or from relying on it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will show the update date below. Questions or removal requests can be sent through the contact page. You can read about who runs the site on the about page.
